Why is the game UI so slow on my gaming laptop or dual GPU system?

Many gaming laptops now have two different graphics card; one for less powerful tasks like browsing the Internet and another for high performance graphics like gaming.
If you have a dual GPU system with switchable graphics using an under powered integrated Intel GPU then please check that both Planetary Annihilation and Coherent UI are both using your high performance dedicated GPU with latest drivers for both GPUs:

For some dual GPU configurations you may want PA and Coherent on different GPUs.
