Any software that interferes with network connections or OpenGL can cause issues.

Memory: 8+ GB / 2 GB free
Graphics: OpenGL 3.2+ / Shader 3.0+ / 1 GB+ VRAM
Hard Drive: 5 GB available
Network: Stable broadband connection (avoid Wi-Fi if possible)

PA can be played online with lower specs on some systems.
